There are basically two types of supplements:

1. Buy-out :

1. In this arrangement, the client prepares the supplement and submits camera-ready materials to PDI, or Inquirer can do lay-out for client.
2. Minimum of 2 pages
3. Client pays 80% of the full rate.

Note: Additional 10% E-VAT on total costs. 80% surcharge on cost for Full Color Ads.

2. Solicitation (The same computation applied - 80%/20% ratio)

1. PDI supplements group will prepare and lay-out editorial material in close coordination with client.
2. Minimum of 2 pages
3. Client will furnish PDI with:
   • An endorsement letter which PDI will send supplier.
   • A list of supplier who will possibly participate in the supplement.
4. 80% advertising, 20% editorial. For a 2-pages supplements the same computation as above will apply. In other words, if total advertising load falls short of the 80% requirement, client will have to pay for the shortage.
